The Church of St Michael & All Angels, Rowberrow

There has been Christian Worship at Rowberrow since AD 700 and records show that by 1257, the manor and presumably the church belonged to St Augustine’s Abbey, Bristol. The earliest record of a rector is 1266. Records show that the current tower was built in 1425 and the church was rebuilt in 1865. Rowberrow Parish Records date from 1723.
