Our organic community allotment is situated behind the Village Hall. Members work on the same plot and share its produce. We have been growing fruit and vegetables together since 2010 and everyone is welcome to join, able and non-able bodied alike. We work according to our abilities and take produce as we need. We all have something to share, be it knowledge or the ability to dig. We aim to grow, harvest and enjoy together creating self sufficiency in Shipham. Informative talks, fun and social events often around the fire or our wonderful pizza oven. You are welcome to wander around the plot, come and join us when we get together, usually the second Saturday of the month in the winter and each Tuesday evening in the summer.
You will find new friends and a wonderful space in which to relax.
