Neighbourhood Watch groups are run by local people, with the full support of local police forces. Crime prevention is not the only aspect of the scheme, but some insurance companies will give discount on home insurance premiums for group members.
For more information about the scheme, national and local, visit the official Neighbourhood Watch website www.ourwatch.org.uk
If you would like to form or join a Neighbourhood Watch group, the parish coordinator will be pleased to assist. Please contact Howard Dougall on tel 843725.
